Flan King is committed to bringing you a quality product shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or other factors beyond our control by the delivery service. Customers should plan their delivery to a location that can receive the package during the weekday. We ask that you notify the recipient of the delivery date and arrange for someone to be available to receive the order.

Take Care When Addressing Packages

Flan King is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from the delivery service nor is Flan King responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. In such cases, additional charges may apply to correct shipping information.

We do not ship on holidays nor allow for delivery the day of a holiday.
